ERICA GUELINAS:

Erica Guelinas has worked with Freeland and Associates, P.C. since 1998, and has extensive experience in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 case work. 

She also is the Senior Paralegal for the Chapter 7 Trustee division of the firm.

CHERRYE SIMMONS

Cherrye Simmons has over three years of experience as a Senior Bankruptcy Paralegal assisting with both personal and business bankruptcy cases. She is responsible for preparing petitions and supporting documentation, coordinating case materials, and helping ensure filings meet all court requirements. Cherrye works closely with attorneys and clients throughout the process, providing organized and attentive support to help cases progress efficiently.
